Mexico expects shrimp recovery by 2018, but pins hopes on fast-growing tilapia

With shrimp harvests slashed due to EMS and a 130,000t domestic market, tilapia is seen as having most potential for Mexican aquaculture -- although it will have to compete with cheaper imports from China
