Chilean coho farmers are reporting concerns over a reduction in sales to Japan, which they fear will be difficult to reverse in the short term as prices keep rising
In week 19 this year, according to prices collected by the Chilean salmon exchange Salmonex, a kilogram of coho from Chile to Japan went up JPY10 after having started the month with another JPY10 rise.
