The non-farm payroll report released on Friday showed that the US added 295K jobs in February. The gain in payrolls was 55K above the consensus forecasted 240K. There was also a 56K upward revision to the prior month’s number. The unemployment rate fell lower showing the total workforce actively seeking employment fall to 5.5% from 5.7%.
