Spain released jobs data yesterday showing that the unemployment had fallen to 22.4% last month, the lowest level since 2011. The change was largely attributed to increased tourism and new labour market liberalisation laws. Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy was quoted as saying “we have gone from being responsible for half the job losses [in the EU] to creating half of the new jobs in the EU” [...]
