Blue Shore hopes carp could be new tilapia in US market

More and more businesses, encouraged by state incentives, are trying to capitalize on the huge numbers of Asian carp in the Mississippi River Basin, with some taking steps to create a new US market for the fish which remains unpopular among Americans
