A judge in Newfoundland, Canada has awarded Ocean Choice International (OCI) a legal cost award of CAD 255,000 ($183,300) stemming from a failed lawsuit brought by its minority shareholder Landvis, court records reveal.

In addition to paying the costs borne by OCI, Landvis must also pay an additional CAD 75,000 directly to OCI majority shareholders Martin and Blaine Sullivan [...]
