Further massive declines in Atlantic cod populations off the coasts of Norway and Iceland are coming if ocean temperatures warm more than 3 degrees Celsius (5.4 degrees Fahrenheit) above pre-industrial times, warns a new study published Wednesday in the journal Science Advances and reported on by Inside Climate News.
