The UK-based aquaculture health and genetic services firm Benchmark Holdings has revealed the creation of a joint venture in Thailand as it prepares to launch its disease-resistant shrimp in Asia, according to its H1 2019 report.
Benchmark said it is looking to form JVs with local Thai partners in order to commence the construction of multiplication centers in the country, ahead of the wider roll-out of its disease-resistant shrimp in Asia. The first such deal was reportedly signed after the end of H1 (post-March 31) [...]
