Chinese technology and investment giant Legend Holdings has offered to inject CNY 1 billion ($140 million) into Joyvio Agriculture Development (Agri-Joyvio) after the acquisition of Chilean salmon farmer Australis.
According to a company filing at the Shenzhen stock exchange, Legend has proposed to buy 26.8m shares through its agriculture subsidiary Joyvio Group, which currently owns 29.9% of shares in Agri-Joyvio. The capital injection would take Legend's shareholding in Agri-Joyvio to up to 49.9% [...]
