Norwegian salmon farmer Mowi has scheduled the end of February 2020 as a tentative date for the start of operations at its temporary French plant, which is set to run until July 2021.
The 4,400 meter-squared plant, located in the Breton town of Lampaul-Guimiliau, is being developed by Mowi as a means to continue its smoked salmon production in France after the plant operated by subsidiary Marine Harvest Kritsen was devastated by an accidental fire on July 11, 2018 [...]
