Huon Aquaculture Group, one of Australia's largest salmon farmers, saw a sharp uptick of 48% in its harvest tonnage during the first half of its financial year ending June 31, 2020, it announced.

The sudden surge in volumes and revenues over H1 -- up to 13,321 metric tons and AUD 178.1 million ($117m) respectively -- was achieved thanks to the firm's five-year growth plan which has seen it already spend $350m on expanding its farms and improving infrastructure [...]
