BERGEN, Norway -- With nearly 60,000 metric tons of planned capacity for land-based salmon grow-out farms already sanctioned around the world, and a current total planned capacity of between 750,00t0-800,000t, one of the emerging themes of this year's North Atlantic Seafood Forum in Bergen was exactly how large this market can potentially get.
