Michael Harvey, the privacy commissioner for the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador, declared last week that the provincial government's Department of Fisheries and Land Resources (FLR) did not err when it declined to release information about the earlier deaths of some 2.6 million Atlantic salmon in Fortune Bay, the CBC reported.  [...]
