The Norwegian flow-through land-based farmer Salmon Evolution has completed its second private placement in six months, generating an additional NOK 500 million ($59.5m), it announced in a filing on Oslo's Euronext Growth market.
Now, the firm has also stated plans for another, smaller placement one-tenth of the size, issuing 8.3m shares in an effort to raise a further NOK 50m from existing shareholders who did not take part in the main offering [...]
