US salmon price-fixing lawsuits survive motion to dismissCivil litigation in a US court that accuses some of Norway's largest salmon farmers of price collusion has survived a motion to dismiss, court records show. On March 23, Miami, Florida-based federal judge Cecilia Altonaga denied the motion from Mowi, SalMar, Leroy Seafood Group, Grieg Seafood and other defendants that would have thrown out the class action lawsuits against them for "failure to state a claim".
