The UK private equity firm Cadman Capital Group, which operates three aquaculture firms among its broader portfolio, has made a pair of hires as it looks to continue growing its presence in land-based shellfish aquaculture.
The investor has hired Forrest Pettersen, a shellfish aquaculture expert with 14 years experience, to act as hatchery consultant at Scotland-based Orkney Shellfish Hatchery.
