A scoop on a big acquisition was our most-read story last week. On Nov. 24, Sykes Seafood closed a deal for Ruskim Seafoods, a wholesaler with a strong position in the sale of frozen shrimp and other seafood to foodservice in the UK and Ireland, the companies confirmed.
