Norway's exports of all forms of cod have enjoyed a very strong November, according to the latest data from the Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC), during a month when the total value was the third-highest on record.
For starters, international sales of fresh cod came to NOK 215 million ($23.7m), an increase of 35% year-on-year. Volume also increased by 34% to 2,600 metric tons.
