Price levels for Chilean farmed salmon on the US, Brazilian and Chinese markets all fell in week 22 of 2022, according to the latest DataSalmon update

Prices for US-bound trim D, freight-on-board Chilean salmon fillets fell by just $0.08 per pound to $7.05/lb in week 22. As shown in the graphs below, price levels rose to a new high of $7.42/lb in week 19, before beginning a fresh descent. They are now very close to those prices seen at the same stage of 2021 [...]
