Spot prices for Norwegian farmed salmon bounced back in week seven of 2023, according to the NASDAQ Salmon Index
The index has prices lifting 9.6% week-on-week, to NOK 99.81 (€9.17) per kilogram.
That means prices have risen 9.9% over the past four weeks:
