Subway asks that tuna lawsuit be deemed frivolous

A California woman who sued US-based restaurant chain Subway over claims that its tuna was not wholly tuna is seeking to end the lawsuit without prejudice due to a difficult pregnancy, causing Subway to ask that the lawsuit be deemed frivolous
