American Seafoods finalizes settlement with US gov’t over alleged Jones Act breaches

The US' largest at-sea pollock processor has finalized a settlement of $9.5 million over its alleged breaches of the Jones Act, which led to more than $400m in combined fines being sought earlier against it and other companies
