Ecuadorian shrimp is again under the microscope in China after a Chinese blogger and "professional anti-counterfeiter" found shrimp sold on a popular e-commerce platform contained excessive preservatives.
Blogger Wang Hai, well-known in China for his videos exposing counterfeiting, had samples tested of shrimp purchased in a December livestream sale on East Buy, one of China's largest online sellers of Ecuadorian shrimp.
