Skretting CEO Therese Log Bergjord, head of feed giant Nutreco's aquaculture business, has announced her decision to leave the company after seven years on June 1, 2024.
Nutreco CEO Fulco van Lede, who also announced that he will be stepping down from his role this summer after leading the company for the past three years, thanked Bergjord for her "tremendous contributions to the company in the seven years during which she led Skretting."
He said she leaves behind a strong team and a business well-positioned to remain at the "forefront of sustainable aquaculture."
Bergjord said she would "continue to champion sustainable aquaculture even as I move onto my next opportunity."
Nutreco said it was her personal decision to leave the company. She will be succeeded by Bastiaan van Tilburg, currently managing director for Trouw Nutrition Europe and Central Asia [...]
