Chilean coho farmers seek over $1/kg price hike in Japanese H&G markets

Following an anticipated harvest reduction of coho salmon for the upcoming season in Chile, farmers are looking to set their fixed cost-and-freight prices at over $7/kg or JPY 1,150/kg for Japan-bound H&G products
