Royal Greenland has opened a new service center in Gdansk, Poland, marking a "significant step towards centralized customer service and operational efficiency."
The center, which has already been partially operational for several weeks, will play a crucial role in centralizing and optimizing the firm's service functions, it said.
"This will enable us to provide even faster and consistently reliable customer service while creating efficient solutions for our global customer base."
The location in Gdansk was carefully chosen to centralize processes and ensure quicker response times and more streamlined customer service, it said.
Royal Greenland named Gabriela Wasilewska-Gawel as head of the new service center.
"The opening of the service center in Gdansk is a crucial component of Royal Greenland's long-term growth and development plan," it said. "The new center plays a central role in ensuring that we continue to meet customer needs and expectations while strengthening our position in the European and global markets."
