The price for gutted, iced 31-35cm European plaice rose during week 43 of 2024 (Oct. 21 and 27) to €2.85 per kilogram, while prices for 27-31cm, 35-41cm and 41-80cm fish followed different trends, data provided by the Pefa European auctions shows. [...]
