Export prices for Norwegian whole frozen herring were steady in week 48 (Nov. 25-Dec. 1) of 2024, but herring fillet prices dropped from their highs after the herring category in general enjoyed its highest-ever value month in November, according to the latest updates from the Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC).
