In a key development in the legal battle between China's Joyvio Group and Isidoro Quiroga, former owner of Australis Seafoods, the UK High Court of England and Wales has ruled that Joyvio must cover Quiroga's legal costs.   The court ordered Joyvio to pay £1.2 million (over $1.5m) to Quiroga and his family, covering part of the legal expenses incurred in the UK court case, on Tuesday (Dec. 3).
