Undercurrent News' week 1, 2025 (Dec. 30-Jan. 5) price assessments for US wholesale prices for various key commodities are available on our new platform.
Normally, UCN publishes its price assessments and market wrap-ups for shrimp, frozen lobster, groundfish, farmed whitefish and scallops every Wednesday. Due to the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays, the assessments and wrap-ups were published on Tuesday, Dec. 24, and Dec. 31. They will revert to Wednesday for week 2, 2025.
