Saucy Fish: behind the scenes
Icelandic Group's UK subsidiary Seachill has seen rapid growth with The Saucy Fish, its colorful branded range of seafood preparations launched in UK retailers in 2010.
The company is investing £1 million ($1.61 million) in a new television campaign, following the advert it ran last year.
The aim is to hit sales of £34 million ($54.87 million) for this year, which would be up 300% on 2011, Simon Smith, its sales and marketing director said.
Undercurrent News toured the company's plant, for a look at the process behind the product.
