The Responsible Offshore Development Alliance (RODA), a group formed in June 2018 that represents commercial fish harvesters from Midcoast Maine to the Outer Banks of North Carolina, on Thursday announced that it has entered into an agreement with Orsted U.S. Offshore Wind, a Boston, Massachusetts, and Providence, Rhode Island-based wind company, intended to improve communications between the two groups in relation to future prospective developments.
