The US broadline food distribution giant Sysco Corporation has acquired the Hotsville, New York-based distributor J. Kings Food Service Professionals, with the transaction announced the same day as the release of Sysco's annual results.
According to a release from Sysco, J Kings -- which was founded 45 years ago -- generates an estimated $150 million in annual sales across the states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
