HB Grandi shareholders have approved a plan to acquire several sales companies based in Asia as well as a proposal to change the company's name to Brim, the company has said.
At an Aug. 15 shareholder meeting, a majority of shareholders agreed to purchase Seafood Services (Iceland), as well as Icelandic Japan, Icelandic China, and Iceland Hong Kong, from Utgerdarfelagi Reykjavikur (UR).
