The overall value of new licenses for crab fishing in Russia will be RUB125.5 billion ($1.9bn), bne IntelliNews reports, citing documents obtained from the Russian Ministry of Agriculture by the business daily newspaper Vedomosti.  The documents reportedly have been signed by prime minister Dmitry Medvedev.
