Singaporean cell-based "shrimp" creator Shiok Meats is still aiming for a 2022 commercial launch for its product on the domestic market, with more ambitious plans to come now it has secured $12.6 million with a series A funding round, CEO and co-founder Sandhya Sriram told Undercurrent News. [...]
