That's the big question Fishermen's Finest (FFI), one of the five companies in Alaska's Amendment 80 fleet, is asking the US Court of Appeals in Washington, DC, to answer. The Kirkland, Washington-based company may have lost its lawsuit against the federal government in the US Court of Federal Claims in late August, but it now hopes for a reversal.
