The General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) has arrested 18 people accused of smuggling 183,700 metric tons of frozen seafood worth CNY 2.46 billion ($390m).
On Thursday (Feb 24), the GACC said officials from Zhanjiang Customs "broke" four smuggling rings operating in Beijing, Fujian, Guangdong, and Shandong, and seized physical evidence.
