Norway, Chilean salmon prices to see uptick after short Easter week, Scottish slip

Demand for the week after Easter has been fairly quiet, but with only three slaughter days taking place in Norway in the run-up to the public holiday, supply is to be limited

Spot prices for both Norwegian and Chilean farmed salmon are expected to be up once again for the week after Easter Sunday (April 10-16), although prices for large salmon out of Scotland are set for a small correction, sources told Undercurrent News [...]
