Pacific Seafood lawsuit accuses former Texas employees of stealing 60% of Gulf Coast business

The lawsuit seems the latest escalation of an ongoing legal battle with Nello Cassarino, the former CEO of the Galveston Shrimp Company, a business acquired by Pacific in 2011
