According to Undercurrent News' latest assessment, the pace of gains in red king crab prices in the US wholesale market is growing in week eight of 2025 (Feb. 17-23), while snow crab prices are firm, and crab meat sideways.
It is almost like a broken record in the fact that red king crab prices continue to break through records on a weekly basis. What changed, however, was the pace of gains this week, which was greater.
