Butch Vidrine is coming out of retirement a little over two years after leaving Southwind Foods, which trades as Great American Seafood Imports Co.

The US foodservice veteran confirmed on his LinkedIn profile Wednesday (Feb. 26) that he will be joining his "friends at CMU & Associates to run Crescent City Seafoods," a wholesaler headquartered in California [...]
