The US shrimp wholesale price assessments collected by Undercurrent News in week nine (Feb. 24 -March 2) and published on Wednesday (Feb. 26) show broad changes across nearly all farmed, imported shrimp. The overall split between gainers and losers is generally around origin and type.

The broadest declines remain focused on headless shell-on and head-on shell-on,  while the broadest gainers are peeled and deveined, both Latin-origin products. There are targeted, mixed changes in other areas.
