The US shrimp wholesale price assessments collected by Undercurrent News in week 10 (March 3-9) and published on Wednesday (March 5) show broader discounts that spill into most categories, though cooked and fresh-water shrimp are bucking the negative trend.
An increase in sales came at the expense of price flexibility, but sellers were more than willing to concede to push product through the pipeline.
