Harvest time at Evergreen’s tilapia farm in Zhanjiang

ZHANJIANG, China -- Chinese aquaculture and feed giant Guangdong Evergreen Group is one of China's largest processors of tilapia, which it produces at its own farms and also procures from contract farmers. In early September, Undercurrent News visited its 1,300-mu farm in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province, as workers were harvesting fish from one of the farm's ponds.
