Trout farming on the Tibetan Plateau

Qinghai Minze, a Chinese company, has been doing the unthinkable -- farming trout on the world's highest plateau. The farm's remoteness makes it a challenge finding skilled labor and getting chilled trout to markets. But the firm has been successfully farming trout for eight years and exports to Russia.
