Job description
Reporting to the General Manager Diana Aqua, you will have the following responsibilities:
Market & Trend analysis
- Develops and makes Market & Trend monitoring tools available for use.
- Consolidates and uses Aqua market data from across the world and creates communication materials.
- Monitors worldwide Aqua markets: knowledge of customer range, new product launches, sale price monitoring, info on other markets.
Monitoring competitors
- Develops and makes Market & Trend monitoring tools for monitoring competitors available for use.
- Consolidates and uses Aqua market data from across the world and provides summaries.
- Creates and updates files on key competitors.
Strategic projects
- Analyses materials and trends in the marketplace and provides summaries.
- Carries out market/trend studies to acquire background material for strategic projects.
- Consolidates input data from new activities and reference market.
Development projects
- Leads multidisciplinary teams on development projects: R&D platforms, marketing, purchasing, industrialisation, customer service, production, etc.
- Works closely with Global and local R&D teams on product development projects.
- Manages the launch of Aqua solutions onto the market
- Demonstrates added value for customers to determine the value pricing of our products
KA Marketing
- Analyses product strategy for the account.
- Leads discussions on Products/Markets/Services for the account.
- Manages the communication with the account (symposiums).
Market/Customer communication
- Develops customer communication strategy
- Leads reflection on BU communication
- Ensures that guidelines for regional market/customer communication are circulated
Internal/external/scientific communication
- Works with management, zone marketing managers and sales managers to define Aqua’s external communication strategy
- To ensure that Aqua’s visual identity remains consistent throughout the world, in keeping with the group’s identity
- Communicate on social networks
- Develop internal and scientific communication plans and coordinate their implementation
Team management
- Operational reporting relationship with the global marketing department/BU and the internal/external/scientific communication department
- Manages directly the Marketing and Communication officer
- Functional reporting relationship with continent marketing managers
Qualifications
- With at least a Bachelor degree in Marketing, you have 5 years minimum experience in a similar role;
- You have strong analytical and project management skills;
- You are Confident and have a dynamic personality, with strong creative Outlook;
- You are fluent in English.
