Ensis Fisheries Maldives is one of the world leading processor and exporter of truly sustainable fresh and frozen Tuna. Over the last 18 years, Ensis has delivered the best Maldivian tuna worldwide while consistently providing world class standards in quality, food safety, traceability and customer care to some of the largest importers, wholesalers and supermarket chains around the world.
As a part of Ensis Group, Ensis GmbH is now looking for a new sales associate, preferably someone who has recently completed an apprenticeship, to join our team in Frankfurt.
The new sales associate will assist in developing our existing market depth, acquire new accounts, increase existing volumes and introduce a new range of products to existing and new accounts in Germany and Northern Europe by researching and identifying all account opportunities, identifying contacts and securing appointments with key targets. The position will actively manage sales and contacts, will create a business plan by region to including timeline for implantation. The new position will also share operational tasks for the management and administration of Ensis GmbH business.
The ideal candidate has a good command of both German and English, is proficient with Office applications, has previous sales experience in the food industry, preferably with seafood, and has an interest in environmental sustainability. The candidate is goal-driven, thinks strategically and creatively, and is eager to learn about the seafood sustainability, has the ability to travel nationally and internationally, enjoys building and developing long-term successful relationships and is motivated by team and collaborative efforts for the global community.
The position requires strong customer service skills and requires the attendance of sales meetings, training session, food shows and industry events to network with existing and potential clients. Preferred qualifications include a proven experience in business development, a strong analytical skill set, excellent research and presentation skills, a strong independent work-ethic and strong interpersonal skills, including team building and personal accountability.
