Vice President of Sales – North America

The Role:
We are seeking a Vice President of Sales for North America. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing leading the sales team throughout NA to penetrate new markets while managing and growing our current customer base. True North Seafood is experiencing significant market growth and you will understand how to strategically penetrate the markets, develop our talent, and meet the sales objectives of the organization.

You are able to analyze large quantities of information and distill into relevant data. An ability to intuitively recognize patterns and trends. An understanding of key metrics in business and their relative importance. Your experience includes the development of annual sales plans and working with each individual in your sales organization to ensure that quotas are met Your success comes from consistent communication and f2f contact with all of the sales professionals on your team.
You bring experience in the food industry, preferably seafood, and a minimum of 10 years as a sales leader with a diverse geographic and portfolio responsibility. The role will ideally be located in Saint John, NB, however, we are open to other locations in North America. You must be able to travel extensively.
