Part of our ongoing strategy is growing our team to serve the global seafood industry. North America is an exciting region for us. We collaborate with industry decision-makers, advise on strategic business decisions and build great relationships with our clients. To exceed our client's expectations and meet demand, we are seeking a Manager, People & Executive Search to add to the U.S. team.
In this role, you will be a trusted advisor in recruitment projects and consulting assignments while driving new business initiatives and strategies.
Areas of responsibility:
- Research and network in the seafood industry with the goal of developing long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand hiring needs, qualify opportunities, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Keep up to date on trends and issues that attract and retain talent.
- Serve as an ambassador to the industry to promote understanding and the need for professional recruitment solutions.
- Build trust and ensure high-quality experiences for both candidates and clients.
- Guide, lead, and recommend the right solutions to our clients.
- Be a liaison between clients and the consulting team to identify strategies for growth and value creation.
- Ensure that the end results of recruitment of consulting projects are delivered with the highest caliber.
- Facilitate problem-solving support, decision-making, and consensus-building in different teams within different organizations.
- Give and receive regular developmental feedback and contribute actively to creating a positive, focused, and effective team environment.
- Visit clients and attend key events and conferences.
Requirements and preferences:
- Completed Master’s degree or equivalent, with demonstrated high performance, preferred
- 5+ years of experience within a consulting firm, in-house strategy team, or equivalent
- Relationships within the seafood industry or CPG industry
- A strong focus on personal growth and development
- Ability to respond proactively and positively to ambiguity
- Experience interacting and communicating effectively with teams in different organizations
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills and CRM experience
- Excellent communication skills
